Half Price D & A Eye Test

What's the deal?

D & A opticians are offering half price eye tests in their branches nationwide so you can get your eyes checked out for £13.75.

How do I benefit?

Simply visit http://www.danda.co.uk/spr-08-opt-dol-het-10peog/ and enter your name, date of birth and email address in the voucher request box.   A voucher for your half price eye test will then be emailed to you. 

All you'll need to do then is print out a copy of the voucher, book an eye test at your nearest D&A opticians and take it with you when you go. 

Expiry

This offer expires on 30th June, 2008.

Conditions

The half price eye test voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other eye test offer or with an NHS eye test and only one voucher can be redeemed per visit.  Only original printed copies will be accepted.
