Meet the team

Paul is just one of a small number of advisors with the Certificate in Advanced Mortgage Advice and Diploma in Financial Planning and Personal Tax Planning.  This level of experience ensures that you receive a holistic service and an invaluable asset to your needs from an advisor. 

Southwater and Horsham based, Paul has a keen interest in sports, community projects, travel and wine.

Lisa joined the team after working in education for a number of years. Prior to having her now grown-up children, Lisa spent over 10 years working in the Financial Services industry. Lisa wears many hats within both the About Mortgages and At Home Estate and Lettings team. Lisa’s responsibilities include; general accounting, budgets and human resources. Her experience and eye for detail ensures both businesses run as smoothly as possible.

When Lisa is not at work, her love of sport keeps her busy, particularly football and she tries to support her team (Sheffield United) whenever she gets chance. Lisa loves the outdoors and one of her favourite walks is along the local coast - as long as there is time to stop for an ice-cream (whatever the weather). Lisa also enjoys a cryptic crossword, fine dining and planning her next holiday.

Nicola joined the team in 2026 with a strong drive to grow within the company. She is currently working towards her CeMAP qualifications, progressing toward becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser.

Nicola has a genuine passion for the mortgage and finance industry and is motivated by the opportunity to support clients in making confident, informed decisions about their future.

With a background in the catering industry, Nicola brings excellent customer service skills and a natural ability to build rapport. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks, hiking, and spending sunny days in the garden.

Jenny has built a successful career in the financial sector, with over 17 years of industry experience. She previously worked as a specialist underwriter, and her expertise have transitioned seamlessly into the mortgage world. Jenny is dedicated to ensuring applications are processed accurately and efficiently, and she is always on hand to assist with any queries.

Outside of work, Jenny enjoys spending quality time with her family and socialising with friends—often accompanied by a well-earned glass of wine (or two!)

Shaun has worked in financial services for 27 years in various roles including financial adviser, compliance officer and latterly as a part-time administrator as part of a phased retirement. He also had a 6-year break from financial services to work as an ecological consultant.

When Shaun is not at work, he can be found watching football, gardening for the benefit of wildlife, visiting nature reserves, playing guitar or spending time with his partner.
